Introduction to Your Charity Page and Dashboard

What is a Charity Page (Giviki)?

Your Charity Page, also called your Giviki page, is your organisation’s main donation page on Give.Asia.

This is the page donors see when they want to learn about your charity and support your work. From this page, donors can make one-time or monthly donations, view your active campaigns, support fundraiser-created campaigns, and start a fundraiser for your charity.

What is your Charity Dashboard?

Your Charity Dashboard is the backend space where your team manages your charity’s fundraising activity. You can think of it as your charity’s working area on Give.Asia. This is where different team members can:

  • Create campaigns
  • Manage events
  • Update your donation page
  • Access Fundraising tools
  • Download fundraising reports

Dashboard Tabs Overview

Logging in

Login using your charity email and click "Manage charity" on your unique charity landing page to access the dashboard.

1. Finance

Use this section when your team wants to understand who donated, how much was received, and what funds are available for payout.

Analytics

Use this when you want a quick overview of your charity’s fundraising performance.

This is helpful when your team wants to check:

  • How much was raised today, this week, or this month
  • Whether donations are increasing or slowing down
  • How your charity page, campaigns, and events are performing
  • Overall donation trends across recent months

This section is useful for quick internal check-ins without needing to manually generate reports.

Donor

Use this when you want to understand who is supporting your charity. This is helpful for:

  • Thanking donors
  • Identifying regular or repeat supporters
  • Understanding your donor base
  • Planning donor appreciation or follow-up

This tab is not only for records. It can also help your charity build stronger relationships with supporters.

  • Finance reconciliation
  • Checking whether a donation came through successfully
  • Downloading donation records
  • Reviewing campaign or event donation activity

This is usually the tab your finance or operations team will use most often when checking donation details.

This can encourage donors to give by increasing the perceived impact of donations.

Reassign Donation

2. Fundraising

Use this when you want to update your charity’s main donation page. Here, your organisation can update:

  • Charity information
  • Contact details
  • Logo
  • Header image
  • Homepage banner

This matters because your donation page is often the first place donors see your charity. A clear and updated page helps build trust.

Preset Amounts

Use this when you want to guide donors on how much to give.

Preset amounts help make the donation decision easier. Instead of leaving donors unsure, your charity can suggest meaningful donation amounts.

For example:

  • S$30 can support one meal pack
  • S$50 can help one beneficiary for a day
  • S$100 can support one programme session

This can help donors connect the amount they give with real impact.

Campaigns

Use this when your charity wants to create a fundraising page for a specific appeal, programme, beneficiary, or cause.

Campaigns are best suited for:

  • Donation drives
  • Emergency appeals
  • Community support initiatives
  • Awareness campaigns
  • Evergreen fundraising efforts

This is the most common fundraising format on the platform and is ideal for charities looking for a straightforward donation campaign.

Events

Use this when your charity is running a fundraising activity that involves participants, tickets, peer-to-peer fundraising, or event-day giving. It is useful for:

Aside from collecting donations, event feature can support:

  • Ticketing and registrations
  • Peer-to-peer fundraising
  • Co-fundraisers and team fundraising
  • Sponsor showcases
  • Team Leaderboard
  • Event updates and milestones
  • FAQ sections
  • Event-day giving and live donation display

One of the key highlights of Events is that supporters can create their own customised fundraising pages under your main event campaign. If your event has teams, the leaderboard can also help show fundraising progress and encourage friendly competition.

With the widget, supporters can donate to your organisation without needing to leave your website, creating a smoother and more seamless donation journey.

The widget supports:

  • Recurring donations
  • Direct integration with your organisation’s website

This is especially useful for charities that already have active websites and want to centralise supporter engagement on their own platforms.

  • Batch upload volunteer hours for larger activities
  • Generate certificates for volunteers
  • Reach new volunteers through Volunteer Centre
  • Receive exposure to volunteers and corporate groups looking for meaningful activities

This is especially useful for charities that want a more organised way to manage volunteers without having to build their own system.

4. Kindness Shop

Items

Use Kindness Shop when your charity wants to show donors what their donation can support in a simple, visual way.

Instead of asking donors to give a general amount, you can list donation items or needs, such as meals, transport, school supplies, therapy sessions, or programme support.

This helps donors understand the tangible impact of their gift and makes the donation experience easier to connect with.

  • Marketing teams
  • Operations
