Where can I view my donor records?

The Donors tab helps your charity keep track of everyone who has supported you on Give.Asia.

Beyond administrative purposes like finance and tax deductions, the Donors tab is also a valuable tool for relationship management and engagement. It allows your team to identify regular donors, understand giving patterns, and recognise supporters who consistently contribute to your cause. This makes it easier to build stronger donor relationships through updates, appreciation messages, and future engagement efforts.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to easily view your Donors tab on Give.Asia.

Step 1: Log in

Visit Give.Asia or your branded giving website and log in to your account.

Step 2: Access Admin Dashboard

Look for the "Manage Charity" option in the top menu and click on it to access your charity's admin dashboard.

Step 3: Navigate to Donors

Step 4: View relevant information and columns.

Step 5: Utilize the filter options to review your top donors, their lifetime donations to your charity via the Give.Asia platform, etc.

Most Times Donated First: This option sorts donors based on how many times they have donated to your charity through the Give.Asia platform.

Highest (LTV) Lifetime Value: This option sorts donors based on their total lifetime donations made to your charity through the Give.Asia platform.

By regularly reviewing this tab, charities can better manage their donor community and create a more meaningful giving experience for supporters.
