How to Access Your Charity Dashboard
This guide applies only to Charity Staff if you’ve been invited into the system by your district’s SG CARES volunteer centre administrator. Charity staff cannot access the dashboard on their own — you’ll first need to accept the invitation before you can start using the platform.

Accessing the dashboard
- From the home page, click on your profile icon (located at top right corner of website)

- Select Dashboard.

Once selected, you should be able to access the dashboard. The dashboard is your one-stop view of volunteer data — including total volunteers, hours contributed, and activity participation. It’s designed to give you a clear, quick snapshot of your programme’s overall reach.

You will be able to
- Filter by activity or date range to focus on specific activities or timeframes.
- See key Volunteer statistics such as unique vs non-unique volunteers, returning volunteers, registrations, and total hours.

Identify top 20 volunteers The dashboard highlights your most commited volunteers based on the number of volunteering.
Volunteers Tab:
This tab contains the information of all volunteers who have either signed up directly with your organisation and/or are referred to you by an SG Cares Volunteer Centre administrator.

Activities Tab:
This tab allows charity staff to create and upload new opportunities. Also used to capture volunteer attendance.

Registrations Tab:
This tab records the activities of all volunteers who have registered for your organisation’s opportunities.
