How to Remove a Volunteer Registration

Sometimes you may need to completely remove a registration record from the dashboard—for example:

• if someone signed up by mistake,
• if their information was entered twice,
• if they no longer wish for their details to be stored.

Deleting a registration is different from simply marking attendance or cancelling participation—it permanently removes the individual’s record from your dashboard and any related exports.

Because this action cannot be undone, we recommend double-checking before you proceed. If you only want to keep the record but indicate that the person is not attending, please refer to this article about accepting or rejecting volunteer registration.

Steps to take

1. From your Registrations tab, click on the trash bin button to delete a registrant.

2. Click Remove to delete registrant.

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
