Edit or Update an Existing Activity Page

Keeping your activity listing up to date ensures volunteers always have accurate information.

If there are changes to the schedule, location, or activity details, updating your listing helps avoid confusion and keeps volunteers engaged. Regular updates also show transparency and reflect the latest status of your program, building trust with your volunteer community.

Should I edit an existing activity page or create a new one?

Edit an existing listing if:

  • You’re repeating a regular or similar event
  • You want to keep all reviews, photos, and volunteer hours in one place
  • Only the date or minor details are changing

Create a new listing if:

  • It’s a new format, special edition, or unique activity
  • You’re targeting a different audience
  • The event has a different vibe, cause, or theme

Editing maintains momentum, while creating signals novelty. Over time, each organisation will have its own page showing all events, total participants, reviews, photos, and volunteer hours.

How to edit or update an existing activity page?

  1. From the Activities tab, click on your activity.

  1. Click Edit.

  1. After making changes, click on Update Activity to publish.
