The dashboard is your one-stop view of volunteer data — including total volunteers, hours contributed, and activity participation. It’s designed to give you a clear, quick snapshot of your programme’s overall reach.

What you can do in the Dashboard

• Filter by activity or date range

  Choose a specific activity or timeframe to see how many volunteers took part and the number of hours contributed.

• View key volunteer statistics

  Quickly see the number of unique and non-unique volunteers, registrations, and total hours volunteered.

• Understand your volunteer demographics

  See a breakdown of your volunteers by age group, citizenship, regularity, and location.

• Identify top 20 volunteers

  The dashboard highlights your most commited volunteers based on the number of volunteering.

View and Export Registration Records

While the dashboard gives you the big picture, sometimes you need the finer details. That’s where the Registrations Export comes in. With the Registration Records Dashboard, you can:

• Keep a clear record of who signed up for each activity.
• Track sign-ups across multiple activities and time periods.
• Follow up with participants more efficiently.
• Recognise volunteer contributions with verified records.
• Analyse which activities attract the most interest to plan better in the future.

Export your impact data into a .csv file for reporting or to share with your partners and stakeholders.

• Volunteer-level details: registration info, CP status, attendance, and hours volunteered
• Additional data: responses from pledge forms (e.g. skills, motivations, availability)
