Analytics and Report (for VC admins)
When you need to generate reports for MCCY or for your own internal reporting and analytics, you’ll use the Volunteer Centre Dashboard. This is where you can track activities, manage volunteer data, and export reports. The Appreciation Report is aligned to the MCCY reporting template, so your data is already organised in the required format. This makes it easier to prepare submissions for compliance or funding, while also showing stakeholders and volunteers the meaningful impact your organisation has made.

Definition of keywords on Dashboard
- Unique volunteers: Each individual volunteer, counted once, no matter how many activities they joined.
- Non-unique volunteers: Total sign-ups, including repeat participation (e.g. if one volunteer signs up for 3 events, they are counted 3 times).
- Within locale: Volunteers whose registered address falls within the VC’s operation boundary (defined by postal codes).
- Outside locale: Volunteers with addresses outside that VC’s boundary
- Regulars are volunteers who complete 4 or more activities in a year. This is based on the same individual volunteer (unique volunteer).
Pro Tip: The dashboard helps you communicate your impact quickly and confidently. Whether you’re updating management, reporting to stakeholders, or recognising volunteers, the dashboard ensures you always have the numbers at hand without manual counting.
