How can I become a charity administrator on my organization's branded website?

Once your Giviki is ready, you should go to your website and register an account. Follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to your giviki url. 
  2. Click on "Register" and create your user account with your official email address.
  3. Once you have registered the account, drop an email to [email protected] so that team can add you as a charity staff member. You can also ask an existing charity staff admin to add you as a staff admin.

After becoming a charity administrator, you will have the following rights:

  • They are able to view donation, donor information and download them
  • They are able to update particulars on the charity profile
  • They are able to create fundraising pages under the name of your organization
  • They are able to connect your charity website to your designated bank account using Stripe
