What happens if I stop posting updates on my campaign?

To keep your campaign active on Give.Asia, you’ll need to post at least one update every month.

Regular updates show donors how their contributions are helping and help build trust with new supporters.

If your campaign has no updates for over a month, our team may:

• Temporarily pause donations to your campaign, or
• Close the campaign if it remains inactive for an extended period.

Posting even a short message — such as a progress update, medical recovery note, or thank-you photo — helps keep your campaign open and visible.

Tip: Regular updates not only keep your campaign active but also encourage more donations and returning supporters.
