How does Give.Asia send donation payout to personal fundraisers?

Give.Asia handles payouts for personal fundraisers differently depending on the campaign type.

For non-medical campaigns (including private campaigns), the case supporter will share a payout application link with the fundraiser once the campaign goes live. Fundraisers can use this link to apply for payout, and we process these requests on a weekly basis.

For medical campaigns, there is no need for the fundraiser to handle payouts. Give.Asia transfers the donations directly to the hospital, pharmacy, or medical institution during the first week of every month. This ensures that medical expenses are settled promptly and securely.

Is there a minimum payout amount?

If the bank account receiving the payout is not in Singapore, the minimum payout amount is SGD $300. This is because Give.Asia covers the processing fee charged by the bank for each telegraphic transfer (~SGD $30 to SGD $50).

If the net donation amount in a calendar month is less than SGD $300, we will hold the payout until the accumulated amount exceeds SGD $300.
