How do I update and thank my donors?

Sending campaign updates and thank you messages is an important way to make your donors feel engaged and appreciated. This will also keep up the momentum and keep your campaign on top of people's minds.

Step 1: Login to your Give.Asia account that was used to create the campaign.

Step 1: Go to your campaign page

Step 2: Focus on "Write an update" at the top right-hand corner of the screen

Step 3: Write your update and remember to tick "Send the update to all donors via email."

You can also add photos or videos to accompany your update.

Click on "Add photo" if you want to upload images.

Click on "Add video" if you want to upload video.

Paste the YouTube URL in the provided field.

Don't forget to SAVE UPDATE.
