How do I update and thank my donors?

Sending campaign updates and thank you messages is an important way to make your donors feel engaged and appreciated. Keep your donors informed with regular updates. Sharing your latest progress helps donors stay connected to the campaign, builds trust, and encourages continued support.

Step 1: Login to your Give.Asia account that was used to create the campaign.

Step 2: Go to your campaign page

Step 3: Click the "POST UPDATE" button under Updates tab

You can also write an update from the top section of the campaign page

Step 4: Write your update

1. Write a brief update about the beneficiary's latest condition, progress, or how the donated funds have been used.
2. Add photos or videos to help donors better understand the current situation.
   1. Click "Add Photo" to upload images. We recommend including at least 3 clear and recent photos whenever possible.
   2. Click "Add Video" to upload a video. Short videos showing the beneficiary's condition, recovery, or daily life can be especially impactful.

3. You can also embed social media posts from YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or X. This is very convenient if you has already shared an update on social media, and it can also help donors follow your social channels.
