What should I do if someone donates to me in cash or by cheque?

If you receive a cash or cheque donation, you can record it directly on your campaign page so it appears in your total amount raised.

This feature helps you maintain transparency with your donors — allowing everyone to see the updated campaign total and understand how much more is needed to reach your goal.

Here’s how:

1. Go to your campaign page and click Analytics.

1. Select View Donations.

3. Scroll down, enter the amount under Offline donation amount, and click Save.

4. Once saved, your offline donation will automatically be added to your campaign total.

Note: Please only record offline donations that you have actually received. If requested, you may be asked to provide proof of receipt, such as a photo of the cheque, a signed acknowledgment, or a transaction record, to ensure transparency and accuracy.
