What can I edit after submitting or publishing my campaign?

Welcome, fundraisers! 🌟 Even after submitting your campaign for review or publishing it on Give.Asia, you can still make updates to keep your story accurate, engaging, and full of heart.

Here’s what you can edit at each stage:

Before Publishing (Pending Approval)

If your campaign is still under review, you can easily make the following changes straight from your Give.Asia Profile Page:

• Update your Campaign Details and Story to make it clearer and more heartfelt.
• Upload, replace, or arrange your photos and videos to best tell your story.
• Adjust your fundraising goal or add any offline donations you’ve already received.
• Add a Thank-You Video message for your future donors — it’s highly recommended and helps build a personal connection!

After Publishing (Campaign is Live)

Once your campaign is published, you won’t be able to edit it directly anymore — but don’t worry! You can still keep your story alive by posting updates, milestones, or thank-you messages in your campaign’s Updates section. This helps your supporters stay connected and continue sharing your cause.

If you ever need to make important changes after your campaign has gone live, just reach out to your case supporter. Our team will gladly help you make the necessary adjustments.

How do I add pictures?

Your campaign’s visuals help supporters connect deeply with your story. You can add photos in two main places:

A. Main Banner

You can insert pictures within your campaign story, in between paragraphs or videos, to make it more visual and engaging

To add pictures to the Main Banner:

1. Click Manage in the top-right corner.
2. Scroll down to Campaign Images.

5. Upload a new photo or take one directly (if your device has a camera).

3. Select your photos from your file browser or gallery.
4. Scroll down and click Save and See My Campaign.

B. Campaign Story

You can insert pictures within your campaign story, in between paragraphs or videos, to make it more visual and engaging.

To add pictures to your Campaign Story:

1. Click Manage in the top-right corner.
2. Scroll down to Campaign Story and click the Image Block.

3. Drag and drop your photo into the placeholder, or click to upload from your device.
4. Scroll down and click Save and See My Campaign.

How do I add a video?

Adding a video helps potential donors connect more personally with your story. Please note that at the moment, Give.Asia only supports videos in the form of YouTube links or URLs, so make sure your video is uploaded to YouTube before adding it to your campaign.

1. Click Manage in the top-right corner.
2. Scroll down and paste your YouTube URL under the section that says “A high quality and sincere video will help you tell your story better and raise more money.”

3. Scroll down and click Save and See My Campaign.
