Can I add a second administrator to my campaign?

It’s always better with a team! However, the ability to add a second administrator depends on the type of campaign you are running.

For Personal Campaigns

At the moment, personal campaigns cannot have a co-fundraiser or second administrator. However, you can still collaborate by sharing your campaign link with friends, family, and your wider network to help spread the word.

For Charity or Non-Profit Campaigns

Charity staff can invite team members or volunteers as co-fundraisers to help manage a campaign.

Co-fundraisers will only have access to that specific campaign to edit content, post updates, and share the link.

How to Add a Co-Fundraiser?

Step 1: Log in to your Give.Asia account that was used to create the campaign, then go to your campaign page.

Step 2: Click Manage at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Under Campaign Management, select Fundraisers.

Step 4: Under Invite co-fundraisers, add the email address of your co-administrator, and click "Send Invite".

Your co-fundraiser will receive an email invitation to join the campaign. If they do not already have a Give.Asia account, they will be prompted to create one before accepting the invitation.
