How do I change the name on my donation/account?

Change your name for a single donation

Step 1: Enter to your "Profile Page"

On the donation details screen during the donation process, you can change Your name to your preferred name. This name will be shown on the donation receipt.

Step 2: Click "Next" to proceed to the payment screen to complete your donation

Change the name on your account and all future donations

Step 1: Login to your Give.Asia account

Step 2: Enter to your "Profile Page"

On Desktop: Click My Profile on the top right corner of the webpage.

On Mobile: Tap on the "Hamburger" menu on the top left corner of the screen, then My Profile.

Step 3: Click on the "Settings" tab

Step 4: Change Your name in the Account card

Step 5: Click Save changes at the bottom of the Account
