How do I create a Give.Asia Account?

1. Go to https://give.asia/signup.

2. You can register for an account by signing up with one of the available social logins or using your email address.

Important: Please use an email address that you check regularly so you can receive important updates from us.

If you choose to register using your Facebook account, make sure you still have access to the email address linked to your Facebook account.

How to go to your Give.Asia Profile Page?

1. You would need to log in at https://give.asia/login first:

2. Once logged in, click the arrow beside your profile photo in the upper right corner of the page.

3. A dropdown will appear. Click on My Profile.

4. You will be directed to your Profile Page, where you can manage your account and activity on Give.Asia.

Give.Asia User Profile tabs:

1. Impact shows your giving journey and the causes you’ve supported.
2. Settings lets you update your profile photo, name, email address, and password. This is also where you can manage your email notification preferences.
3. Donated contains your donation history and downloadable receipts.
4. Fundraised lists your personal fundraising campaigns and their progress.\

How to download my donation receipts?

• 1. Once logged in, go to your Profile Page.

2. Go to the Donated tab and click Download Receipt next to the specific donation you’d like to view or save.
