How do I delete my Give.Asia account?

If you’d like to close your Give.Asia account, please email [email protected] using your registered email address and include a short note requesting account deletion. Our team will assist you with the process.

Before you proceed

Please note the following important points:

• If you’ve created campaigns:

  Deleting your account will not affect any campaigns you previously created.

  These campaigns will remain visible on Give.Asia for accountability and transparency purposes.

• If you’ve made donations:

  Deleting your account will not refund any past donations.

  Your donation history will remain recorded with the charities you supported.

• After deletion:

  Once your account is removed, you will no longer be able to log in or view any past activities (including campaign history or donation receipts).

If you only wish to stop receiving emails, you can manage your preferences here instead of deleting your account.
