How can I get my donation refunded?

Give.Asia is committed to trust and transparency for all donations.

If you believe your donation may be linked to a fraudulent case, please reach out to us within 12 months of your donation, and our team will assist you promptly.

For other situations, we understand that circumstances can vary. You’re welcome to contact us by emailing [email protected] using the same email address used for your donation, and include the unique transaction ID from your confirmation email. We will review each request carefully on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds will be processed in full, including your donation amount and any tip contributed. Please note that partial refunds are not available.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit or debit card used for the donation. Once processed, you should receive the funds within 5–10 business days.
