How do I reach out to donors whose credit card are expiring?

GIVE.asia does not send reminder emails to donors whose credit card are expiring. You can find details of failed recurring donations on the charity dashboard.

Find contact information of failed recurring donors

Login to your GIVE.asia account, and go to your charity dashboard

You can see the number of recurring donations that have failed, click on the button to view more information

You can view the list of donors whose recurring donations have failed including contact information to reach out to them

Update credit card details of recurring donors

After you have reached out to your donors to get their card information, you can edit their credit card details on the charity dashboard.

On the failed recurring donors list, click edit card of a failed recurring donor

Under payment details, click update card

Enter new credit card details and click submit

Under failure recovery, click charge for the current period and resume schedule
