Can I change the currency of my charity?

Yes, you can request to change the currency of your charity account by writing to us at [email protected].

Our team will help review the request and assist with the next steps. Once the currency is updated, it will apply to campaigns created moving forward under your Giviki / charity account. The currency cannot be changed for selected campaigns only.

Before writing to us, please check that your charity’s bank account can receive payouts in the currency you would like to change to.
