1. Why are my charity’s bank account details blank on the charity dashboard?
Give.Asia keeps charity bank account details securely in our internal records. For security and privacy reasons, these details may not be fully displayed on the charity dashboard.
If your charity has already been receiving payouts from Give.Asia, this will not affect your payouts. Donations will continue to be disbursed according to your charity’s existing payout arrangement.
2. What should I do if my charity’s bank account details need to be updated?
If your charity needs to update its bank account details, please write to us at [email protected].
To help us verify and process the request, please include:
- Your charity name
- Your charity account / Giviki page link, if available
- The reason for the bank account update
- The new bank account details or supporting document, if requested by our team
- The name and role of the authorised charity staff making the request
For security reasons, our team may need to verify the request before updating the bank account details. This helps us protect your charity and ensure donations are sent to the correct account.
