How do I update and thank my donors?

Sending campaign updates and thank you messages is an important way to make your donors feel engaged and appreciated. This will also keep up the momentum and keep your campaign on top of people's minds.  

Post a Written Update

Login to your GIVE.asia account that was used to create the campaign

Go to your campaign page

Click on  Post update on the top right hand corner of the screen

Click on  I'll do a written update

Write your update and remember to tick Send the update to all donors via email. You can also add photos or videos to accompany your update

Click on Save update to publish and notify your donors

Post a Video Update

Login to your GIVE.asia account that was used to create the campaign

Go to your campaign page

Click on  Post update on the top right hand corner of the screen

Click on  Record a video update

Click on Start recording when you are ready, there will be a 3 second countdown timer before the recording starts

Once you are done with your update, click on Stop recording

If you are happy with the recording, click on Submit this video update to publish, you can click on Retake video if you would like to re-record your video
