How can I get my donation refunded?

GIVE.asia is committed to trust and transparency for all donations

You can request a refund for a donation made by you the donor by writing in to [email protected] using the email used for the donation and referencing the unique transaction ID provided in the confirmation email. 

The refund for 100% of your donation and the tip amount (if any) will be returned to the same credit or debit card account that you used to make the original donation. Please note that we cannot issue a partial refund.

You should receive the money within 5-10 business days from the time we process the refund.
